Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a counselor, public speaker, mom of 2, avid reader, pet parent, outdoor enthusiast, amateur baker, and traveler. My passion is working with parents of young children and school-aged kiddos. I believe every person is unique and that the best way to help is by building a relationship built on trust, respect, acceptance, and empathy. I strive to facilitate personal growth.
My ideal client
I work with children who are struggling with attention, focus, executive function, and anxiety to develop skills to improve their overall well-being so that they can thrive.
I empower first-time moms to navigate PPD/PPA and adjustment challenges so that they can adapt to the life shift of motherhood and learn to thrive in their new role.
I work with parents of young children who want support in dealing with their child’s big emotions and unexpected behavior challenges.

No, I do not but I use Mentaya which helps you use your "out-of-network" benefits to get insurance to cover part of the cost of therapy.
