Compassionate counseling for children and adults in Tennessee

Welcome!

Are you parenting a child who seems constantly overwhelmed, melting down over the smallest things, struggling to focus, listen, or cope?

Are you a first-time mom feeling like you’re barely keeping your head above water, exhausted, second-guessing yourself, and wondering if it is supposed to be this hard?

Maybe you want to feel more confident, set boundaries that actually stick, or finally break out of patterns that just aren’t working.

I am so glad you are here!

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a counselor, public speaker, mom of 2, lover of books and baked goods, a pet person, and someone who loves a walk in the woods.

I’ve spent years working with kids and parents, and I know how heavy it can feel when your child is struggling- or when you are. I believe change starts with feeling safe, understood, and seen.

My ideal client

I work with children who feel misunderstood, anxious, distracted, or stuck, helping them build tools to manage emotions, focus better, and feel more in control of their world.

I support first-time moms who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or like they’ve lost themselves in the chaos of early motherhood, helping them adjust, reconnect with who they are, and find the joy in their new role.

I help parents who are feeling frustrated, worn down, or unsure of what to do next when it comes to their child’s big emotions or challenging behaviors, offering guidance that is practical, compassionate, and tailored to your family.
